Spring Bulb Tour at Waters Edge - May 17 & May 24, 2008Enjoy 85,000 flowering bulbs at the Seaside Gardens on the Stewart estate on Somes Sound, Sargeant Drive, Northeast Harbor from 9:30 to 3:30. Working Waterfront Celebration - May 31 - June 1, 2008The Working Waterfront Celebration kicks off Saturday night with The Mooring Ball, a casual dinner and dance. Sunday’s events begin at 12 noon on the Bar Harbor Town Pier with the Seafarer’s Memorial Service sponsored by the Maine Sea Coast Mission, www.seacoastmission.org. Families, friends and the general public are invited to celebrate the memories and lives of their loved ones. Following the memorial service the clergy of Bar Harbor will join together in the Blessing of the Fleet. Afternoon activities include races, demonstrations, food and fun for all ages. B&B Association Annual Theme Dinner - May 31, 2008The theme for this year’s dinner at Cleftstone Manor will be 1920s Prohibition. Join us for a Speakeasy Dinner Featuring a tasty menu inspired by the 1924 Menu served to President Calving Coolidge at New York's Waldorf Astoria. 10th Annual Legacy of the Arts - June 15-22, 2008We are excited about our 10th anniversary of the Legacy of the Arts Festival, which celebrates Bar Harbor's rich history of art, music, Native American culture, architecture and much more!
